Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us at admin@siqva.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Email us and we’ll arrange an exchange if stock is available.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery.
